Drone delivery
Recently, Jens, the founder of _J_3D_prints_, had the ambition to dispatch packages using delivery drones. This would ensure faster and more economical shipping. However, long-range transport drones are required for this, and they come with a substantial price tag. So this initiative is planned for the long run.
Future
Plastic recycling
Being environmentally conscious is a core value for us. We already have solar panels on our roof, but we want to take sustainability a step further by recycling plastic waste. Not just leftovers from 3D printing, but also household plastics (including your own 3D print scraps).

Cardboard recycling
Taking our green mission even further, we aim to reuse and recycle paper and cardboard to package our products. We have already conducted early recycling tests; while initial attempts didn't succeed, we are definitely not giving up.

More colors and material varieties
We already offer over 17 different colors and filament types, but we're not stopping there. We plan to expand into flexible, extra-strong filaments and broader color palettes. We also aim to phase out standard PETG in favor of greener alternatives that are better for printers, the environment, and climate, even if they currently cost a bit more.
